TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- 1. All orders will receive an approval with an artwork positional. It is your responsibility to check all
details on your approval. Mad Hatter Concepts will not take any responsibility of - incorrect artwork once approved.
2. Please supply all information and artwork for your order correctly when you submit your order to us.
It is your responsibility to check all details on your orders before you submit them, making sure everything is correct.
Any changes after the first approval proof will incur a $25.00 +GST amendment fee. Any changes after
the third approval proof and thereafter will be charged as an Artwork fee of $75.00 +GST per hour
(min charge 1 hour per re-approval)
3. Artwork mock up requests without an order submitted are charged at $25.00 +GST per mock up, or
maybe subject to being quoted at the time of submission.
4. Please note – colours may vary due to monitor screen calibrations, therefore colours are not an exact,
and are a representation only. We match PMS colours as close as possible to threads that are available.
5. Pre production samples are charged at $25.00 +GST per sample. Please note – any samples requested
prior to production run will increase your production time.
6. Turn around times will vary from job to job, so we ask you to please check the runsheet and job
tracker on our website. We will allocate a due date on time of approval. If a job is urgent or for an even,
please let us know when placing your order. Any order due under a 5 day turn around will incur a
‘rush fee’ of 50% of the total of that job.
7. If you have an account with us, payment is due the 1st of every month. Late payment of your account
will lead to your account being placed on hold. COD customers – full payment is due on completion of
job, prior to jobs being shipped or collected.
8. If there is an issue with any job you have, please contact us within 7 days from the received date.
After this period, Mad Hatter Concepts will not take any responsibility with any issues that may arise.
